|Recommended: YesThere's no place like home. — It's very comfortable. I haven't lived in an apartment in many years. Being new to Georgia, this was supposed to be temporary as I learned the area better. The experience has been so positive, I think I'll stay a while

|Recommended: YesBetter Than Most — This is a nice community. The people are pretty friendly. It's overall pretty quiet. If you live on the bottom floor, you can hear your neighbors walk across the floorboards upstairs. You can also hear them in the bathroom sometimes. Other than that, the neighborhood living arrangements aren't too bad overall.

Any needs that arise are promptly and courteously handled in a quick and professional manner. The residents in our area are nice and respectful of the rules which enhances the attractiveness of this property. Our home is the best we have ever experienced anywhere. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend to others.
