Utility Information
City of Covington provides our electric, water, and sewer services. You have the option to keep utilities in Leaf Stone's name (refer to your additional policies addendum upon lease signing for more details) or switch them into your name through the city.
Deposit Policy
The deposit will vary based on your credit profile and is due at the time of application approval. If you cancel your application or fail to take possession of the apartment on your scheduled move in day then your security deposit will be forfeited. Any changes to your move in date or lease term after your deposit has been paid may require the deposit to be forfeited and a new deposit to be paid.
Preferred Parking Program
All residents receive one parking tag to park in the preferred parking spots. All other vehicles and guests can park anywhere that there is not a green painted curb. We tow often and any vehicle that is parked in a preferred spot without a permit is at risk to be towed. We have garages available to rent as well for $100.
Pet Policy
Up to two pets per apartment are allowed. Pets must be less than 50 lbs, fully grown. Pet fees are $300 per pet and $25 per month in pet rent. Undocumented pets will be fined a $200 lease violation fine plus $10 per day until removed. All dogs must be registered through PetScreening and PooPrints. A pet application fee may be required in addition to our pet fee by third party screening company.
PooPrints Program
PooPrints is a company that we use in order to cut down on dog waste throughout our property. All dogs are required to be registered within their system in order to compare DNA from the waste to the dogs that live at Leaf Stone.
