Kathy Gaines - Assistant
Community Manager
Kathy is a Louisiana native and
worked with Patrician Management for 16 years while there before
deciding to take some much deserved time off. She
relocated to Georgia in September of 2020. After
transitioning here and enjoying almost two years of a quiet life,
along with volunteering at her church, she decided it was time
to go back to work.
Choosing to dive back into property management, there was no
hesitation when she saw that Patrician Management had a job
opening here at Leaf Stone. As the saying goes "there's no
place like home" so the decision to come back was really
easy.
Madison Kidder - Leasing
Consultant
Madison has been with Leaf Stone as our Leasing Consultant since December of 2021. She has started her job here while pursuing educational opportunities.
She is originally from Tennessee. There she attended college at MTSU where she got her degree and met her now husband. They relocated to Georgia once they found good opportunities in the area.
In her downtime she loves baking, D&D and looking for new events to attend (she loves the annual Renaissance Festivals).

Ricky Garcia - Maintenance
Supervisor
Ricky has been with Leaf Stone since August of 2015. He started as a groundskeeper and is now our Maintenance Supervisor!
Ricky spent most of his life in California. Originally, Georgia was supposed to only be a couple months of visiting family, but a couple of months turned into years. He currently lives in Newton County with his wife and two cats.
During his free time, Ricky likes to play sports, spend time with his family, and help others in the community. If you see him with his phone out, he is more than likely taking some awesome photography shots!

Ascencio - Maintenance Technician
Jose started at Leaf Stone in April of 2008. Altogether, he has over 20 years of maintenance experience! Jose works hard everyday to ensure that each new home is ready for our newest residents.
Jose is originally from El Salvador, Central America. He moved to New York in 1980, and has only been in Georgia since 2008. He currently lives with his wife in Newton County.
Jose likes to spend his extra time volunteering in the community and being with his family. You likely won't see Jose on a ladder or checking out the roofs as he is petrified of heights! Make sure you wave the next time you see him zipping around on the golf cart.
